  • We ship your order from our warehouse in Western Canada to all locations in the country via Canada Post.

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

  • Shipping rates are displayed at checkout.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within three business days.

  • Processing times may vary during peak periods or for custom orders.

3. Delivery Estimates

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.

4. Shipping Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.  

  • If the order is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.

 

5. International Shipping

  • We are not offering international shipping at this time.

  • International shipping rates and delivery times may vary and will be published in the future when we start shipping to other countries from Canada.

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 2 days of the expected delivery date.

  • We will investigate the claim and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
